Payment
We will get started with production as soon as your payment has been booked into our account. Partial payment or payment at delivery are not possible.
Depending on the current order volume, construction time for our coops lies between 1 to 2 months.
Shipping
We ship to the whole of Europe incl. Switzerland / Liechtenstein. To Scandinavia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Slovenia, Hungary, the Balearic Islands and German islands we can deliver on request. The shipping costs have to be calculated separately. Please contact us.
We would love to buildup your coop (an option for all of our chicken coops). To not spend our lifetime in cars, this is only possible in italian cities starting with postcodes 00, 01, 02, 05, 06 ,52, 53, 58. In this case no costs for transport apply. The only requirement is a strip foundation (e.g. Tufo) or other levelled ground area. We are happy to take on this preparatory work if needed – contact us to discuss details and price.
Further distances are possible but please contact us beforehand in order to discuss the exact terms.
If you choose to assemble your chicken coop yourself, it will be delivered to the kerbside by the shipping company - on palettes and in single elements (max 197cm x 190 cm). You will have to move the elements into the garden or yard yourself. This is usually ideally combined with building up the coop. The single elements are best moved and assembled by two persons.
Shipping time is between 3 to 5 days. Within Italy costs for shipping will lie between Euro 94 and 603 (incl. VAT) - depending on the size of the coop and the point of delivery. For the rest of Europe it will lie between Euro 161 and 1220 (incl. VAT). Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the end of your order. You will be notified by the forwarding agency of the delivery by phone (that’s why providing a phone number is mandatory). No extra costs e.g. for loading platform, forklift or insurance apply.
Important notice: If - after notification by phone - the palettes are not received at delivery an additional 80% of the shipping costs will be charged.
